Located south of Downtown Dubai and Meydan, District 11 (D-11) is a residential community comprising apartments, villas and townhouses. The community lies on the corner of Dubai-Al Ain road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, and this area is an emerging hub of Dubai. D-11 is part of the master community of Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City), which is one of the biggest mixed-use developments in Dubai.
