PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

Last updated: 18 September 2026

This policy explains how RAMRE Riyadat Al Makan Real Estate LLC (“RAMRE”, “we”, “us”) handles information through ramre.ae, our property services, client portal, enquiry tools and careers portal. Trade Licence: 1015356. ORN: 42637. Contact: hello@ramre.ae · +971 444 6 2019.

1. The information you provide

Property enquiries may include your name, email, phone number, preferred location, budget, property type, bedrooms, timing, finance preference and messages. Client accounts include your contact details, saved properties, enquiry history and account credentials. Passwords and recovery codes are stored as protected hashes rather than readable text.

Our server may record technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser details and error or security events. Only provide information you are authorised to share. General enquiries should not contain payment card details, identity documents, health information or account passwords.

2. How RAMRE uses information

We process information with consent where required, or under an applicable legal basis such as steps you request before a contract, contractual performance, legal obligations or legal claims. Your use of this website is not blanket consent to unrelated advertising. The UAE framework includes Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, where applicable. Read the official law.

3. Enquiry questions and WhatsApp

The website's property concierge is a guided questionnaire. It collects your requirements so our team can respond more effectively. At the final step, “Save enquiry & open WhatsApp” stores your enquiry with RAMRE and opens WhatsApp with a prepared message. You decide whether to send that message. WhatsApp operates under its own terms and privacy policy; you can contact RAMRE by phone or email instead.

Consent to follow up on your enquiry does not automatically enrol you in general promotional campaigns. If we seek separate marketing consent, you can decline it or withdraw it later without closing a genuine service enquiry.

4. Recruitment and supporting documents

Registration is required to access full job details and submit an application. We collect professional experience, skills, qualifications, availability, work-authorisation information and the answers you choose to provide. The application form requires salary expectations, a portfolio or professional profile link and the social profile links shown on the form.

The application form requires five private supporting documents: a résumé, passport, Emirates ID front, Emirates ID back and education / qualification evidence. RAMRE requests these for recruitment review and document verification. If you cannot provide a required item, contact the hiring team at info@ramre.ae before applying. Do not submit banking, medical or unrelated personal information. Documents are available to authorised RAMRE hiring staff and are not published on the website.

RAMRE makes hiring decisions through team review. The website does not automatically score applicants or make hiring decisions from identity documents or social profiles. An application is not an offer of employment. The recruitment team may request verification or additional information when appropriate.

5. Who may receive information

Access is limited to authorised personnel and service providers who need information to support the relevant service. Hosting and technical providers may process data on RAMRE's behalf. To progress a transaction you request, necessary information may be shared with the relevant landlord, seller, developer, professional adviser or service provider. We may disclose information when required by law or a competent authority, or where permitted for legal proceedings. We do not sell personal information.

Social links, external maps and third-party sites have their own privacy practices. Opening them may share technical information with the relevant provider. Where information is transferred internationally, RAMRE must use an applicable lawful transfer route and safeguards. This policy does not itself authorise unrestricted international transfers.

6. Retention and RAMRE's records

RAMRE reviews records against their purpose. Our review schedule is to assess inactive property enquiries after 24 months and unsuccessful recruitment applications after 12 months, and remove or anonymise information no longer needed. Recruitment identity documents should be reviewed as soon as their verification purpose ends. Keeping a candidate in a future-opportunity pool requires a suitable basis and, where needed, fresh consent. These are internal review periods, not claims of statutory retention deadlines.

Contracts, transaction files, compliance records, dispute evidence and records subject to a legal hold may need to be retained for the applicable legal period. RAMRE may keep the minimum necessary information where a lawful obligation or legal claim requires it. Restricted backups are retained and replaced according to operational needs; deleting an active record may not immediately remove it from an existing backup.

7. Account security and confidentiality

Access controls, authenticated staff access, password hashing and private document storage support the protection of information. Account services require HTTPS on the live website. Keep your password and recovery code private, sign out on shared devices and tell RAMRE promptly if you suspect misuse. No online system can guarantee absolute security; RAMRE will assess suspected incidents and make notifications where required by applicable law.

8. Cookies and browser storage

The site uses an essential session cookie to maintain sign-in and protect forms. Your area-unit preference may be stored in your browser. These features support the service you request. This version does not include advertising pixels or behavioural tracking. If optional analytics or advertising tools are introduced, this notice and any required choice mechanism must be updated before they operate.

9. Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on the applicable law, you may request information about processing, access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent. Legal exceptions may apply, including when records are needed for a legal obligation or claim. Contact hello@ramre.ae with “Privacy request” and enough detail to locate your account or enquiry. We may verify your identity proportionately before acting. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any lawful limitation.

You may raise an unresolved concern with the competent UAE data-protection authority. Contacting RAMRE first does not remove any statutory right to complain. UAE Government guidance on privacy rights.

10. Protecting RAMRE and website users

RAMRE may restrict abusive access, investigate suspected fraud and retain relevant evidence where legally permitted. Visitors must not upload unlawful material, impersonate others or attempt unauthorised access. Property descriptions, availability, illustrations and prices require confirmation before any commitment; a website enquiry does not create a property reservation or binding transaction. Any transaction or employment relationship is governed by its separately agreed documents.

Nothing in this policy excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or waives a person's mandatory privacy or consumer rights. The applicable laws of the UAE and Emirate of Dubai govern this policy, subject to mandatory jurisdiction and statutory complaint rights. Separate free-zone or other data-protection rules apply where legally required.

11. Updates and contact

We may update this notice to reflect changes in services, law or processing. The current version and revision date will appear here. A material new purpose requiring consent will be presented separately. For privacy matters, write to RAMRE Riyadat Al Makan Real Estate LLC at hello@ramre.ae, or contact our team at Empire Height Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
