Dubai introduces a First-Time Home Buyer Programme
The launch brings participating developers and banks together to support eligible first-time buyers.

Dubai Land Department and the Department of Economy and Tourism launched the First-Time Home Buyer Programme. At launch, it was open to UAE residents aged 18 or over who did not own a freehold residential property in Dubai.
